We are parents who volunteer to lead Cantonese Rhyme Time with songs to help teach our kids the language. It's also an opportunity for bilingual families to connect afterwards.
The more volunteers we have the more sessions we can run - if you are interested in hosting, please speak to a leader at the next session. It's easier than it looks!

We sing vintage Cantonese songs such as the I'm a Little Tea Pot (我是個茶壺) or Brushing teeth song (刷牙歌); along with some new classics such as Wheels on the Bus (巴士啲大轆) or Row Row Row your Boat (摇小船). Check out some songs here.
Lyrics are printed on large boards in Chinese characters and jyutping - easy for everyone to learn even if you can't read traditional characters.
Best for kids under 3 yrs old. Sessions are free to attend.
